Use your exclusive Pop Up Neighborhood cartridge for this new contest! We love the fun versatility of this fabulous cartridge and want you to create any kind of project for this challenge. Design a home décor project, Layout, Card or mixed media project.
Contest Rules: Use at least 4 Cricut Cuts from Pop-up Neighborhood Cartridge in your design.
For this challenge I chose to make a card for a friend who worries needlessly about getting older. I hope to make her smile and let her know it only gets better. I like that I was able to slip a gift card inside of the dress shop. Shopping lady, dress shop, tag, clouds, fence and tree were made using Pop-Up Neighborhood. Scallop circle is from Tie the Knot.
