Tic Tac Toe Challenge

This months challenge is to create a project using the Tic Tac Toe board that is posted on the Circle Blog.

I didn't think I would ever get this finished as I kept changing my mind. Grrr, I was getting very frustrated because I could not duplicate what was in my head onto the paper! Anyhow I chose to use a sun shape, ric rac, and a cut flower shape on my layout.

Cartridges I used were Old West, Country Life, Paper Doll Dress -Up, Gypsy Wanderings and the Imagine for the sun.
